Some tools allow custom connectors only on their own paid plans, and Zaviro’s setup screen says so for each. On paid Slack plans, Slackbot can answer from Zaviro with no separate AI subscription.

Everyone who has joined, whatever their role. Unaccepted invitations don’t count, and AI tools need no seat of their own. When someone leaves, their sign-in and keys stop at once, the seat is free for the next hire, and what they added to the shared knowledge base stays. Their personal knowledge base is closed to everyone, admins included, and deleted after 30 days unless they’re restored.

When you delete your organization, everything, including the knowledge base, is permanently deleted after a 30-day grace period.
