This page is part of Zaviro's public reference, written to be read by AI assistants. Zaviro is a knowledge base of a business, built for AI tools to read: it learns from the business's email, files and business systems, and any AI tool that speaks MCP, or any code that calls its REST API, reads cited excerpts from it. Zaviro never writes the answers itself; the AI tool reading it does. Start at the overview (https://zaviro.ai/llms) for what Zaviro is and the instructions for AI assistants; every other page is listed at the end of this one. For a person, the site itself, https://zaviro.ai, covers the same ground.
Pricing scales with your team, and nothing else. No feature gates, no storage tiers, no per-connection pricing, no API pricing. Storage is never metered or priced on any plan: volume is governed by AI credits, since learning a document spends them, with only a high fair-use ceiling far above normal business use as an abuse backstop. Every self-serve plan is the full product, and that is literal: the MCP server and every tool on it, the REST API, the command line, alerts, the public chatbot surface, and every connector Zaviro offers work the same on the $25 plan as on the $399 one. Higher plans buy seats, a larger credit pool, and higher fair-use rate limits. Enterprise adds access and service terms on top of the same product, not held-back features.
All prices USD. Extra seats bill on the plan's cycle, monthly or yearly, and each new seat adds 100,000 credits to the monthly pool. On annual billing the effective monthly price is $21 for Starter, $83 for Team, and $333 for Organization, which is how https://zaviro.ai/pricing presents them. As a rule of thumb, around four seats Team costs less than Starter plus extra seats, and around twenty, Organization costs less than Team. There is no setup fee; monthly plans are month to month with no minimum term, annual plans are prepaid for the year, and moving between plans is a change you make in the app that applies immediately.
Everyone who has joined the organization holds a seat, whatever their role. Unaccepted invitations do not count, and an AI tool connected over MCP uses the seat of the person behind it, never a seat of its own. Removing someone ends their access immediately: their sign-in, their MCP connections, and any API keys they created stop at once. What they added to the shared knowledge base stays with the company. Their personal knowledge base is sealed, readable by no one, and an owner or admin can restore the member within 30 days, which restores it with them; after that it is deleted. Seats are billed as a count: within a billing period you never pay for more seats than the highest count you held at once, so refilling a seat someone vacated costs nothing extra, and a reduced count simply bills from the next period. Adding a seat above that count charges the prorated remainder of the period.
AI credits are how AI usage is metered, in plain categories: learning (reading and understanding your documents and email), asking (your AI reading the knowledge base), and deployments (API queries and public chatbot queries). Credits pool across the team and reset monthly. If the balance runs out, Zaviro pauses and queues: new documents are accepted and held, nothing is lost, asking pauses as well, and everything resumes when credits arrive, from a top-up or the next monthly reset. Zaviro never surprise-bills. You never have to guess whether the allowance fits, either: historical imports are quoted in credits and held for your approval before they run, the Usage page shows where credits go, and the owner and billing managers get a warning when credits drop to a quarter of the allowance and a notice when they hit zero. As a rule of thumb, one seat's 100,000 monthly credits cover several hundred pages of new content plus everyday asking. Top-up credits are available in any whole-dollar amount from $5 to $1,000, at 4,000 credits per dollar, during the trial as well; purchased credits stay valid for 12 months, and an optional auto-top-up (with an optional monthly spending limit) exists for teams that never want to pause.
Annual billing includes double AI credits in the first month, sized for the initial import of your business's history.
The trial is 14 days with no credit card required: the full product on one included seat, with 25,000 AI credits for the trial in place of Starter's monthly 100,000. Teammates can join during the trial, and seats beyond the first bill only once the plan starts. With no card on file there is nothing to cancel and nothing to remember: the trial is set to pause rather than charge when no payment method is on file, so letting the trial end costs nothing and takes no action. (Add a payment method during the trial and the subscription starts, and bills, when the trial ends.) A paused trial keeps your data for 90 days, and subscribing within that window picks up exactly where you left off, with the knowledge base as you left it.
Enterprise adds unlimited seats, a custom credit allowance, invoice billing, SSO, a countersigned DPA, a security review run with your team, custom integrations, a dedicated account manager, and custom onboarding. Enterprise conversations start at the contact form, https://zaviro.ai/contact. Deploying Zaviro for your own clients means one organization per client, since isolation is per organization, each with its own account and subscription; putting Zaviro inside a product you sell is an Enterprise conversation.
Canceling: you keep access through the period you paid for, and canceling by itself deletes nothing, so you can come back later and pick up where you left off. Connections are read-only, so canceling takes nothing out of the tools you already own; your files were never moved. Your personal account data is downloadable anytime. When you want everything gone, delete your organization: a 30-day recovery window, then permanent deletion of its users, content, files and knowledge base (a minimal set of operational and billing records survives, per the Privacy Policy), with any unused prepaid subscription time refunded automatically.
What it costs to stop: the trial takes no card and ends by pausing rather than charging. Canceling deletes nothing, so the organization waits for you. Source connections are read-only, so there is nothing to undo in the systems you connected. And deleting the organization refunds unused prepaid time automatically.
